Accepted Referrals

We are happy to accept any of the following referrals:

  • Referral letter

  • Medicare referral (Chronic Disease Management Plans (CDMP) / Team Care Arrangements (TCA)) or Eating Disorder Treatment and Management Plans (EDP))

  • NDIS referral

  • Verbal recommendation to the patient. Please refer them to our website.

  • Verbal referral over the phone
