NADIA
Hi! I’m Nadia, Dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor, Clinical Hypnotherapist and all-round hormonal health nerd.
When I did my masters, endometriosis was not mentioned once. And yet, here I was, working with people with periods and hearing story after story about pelvic pain, gut symptoms and fatigue. I knew there must be more I could do.
Fast-forward a number of years and I am thrilled to have worked with SO many gorgeous people with pelvic pain. Not only to provide evidence-based nutrition advice, but also to help them cut through the restrictive dietary BS online and feel empowered to nourish their bodies and find symptom relief.
There’s only one of me but sadly an average of 14% of people with periods with endometriosis. And that’s why I’m so excited to be able to offer this online course to you from the comfort of your own home.
